THE ROLE
This is a senior role within the CRM Decisioning & Analytics team, where you’ll work across both audience targeting and campaign analytics. You’ll help build, segment, and analyse multi-channel campaigns, ensuring CRM activity is effective, data-driven, and commercially impactful.
You’ll be instrumental in:
* Building and segmenting audiences for campaigns across email, push, app, web, and paid social
* Analysing campaign performance to measure ROI and provide optimisation insights
* Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to track KPIs and performance
* Partnering with campaign operations to deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns
* Contributing to personalisation and automation strategies across digital channels
* Leading campaign streams such as large promotional offers and new game launches
This is a hands-on analytical role, but with scope to shape decisioning strategies and support the company’s CRM transformation projects.
SKILLS
* Experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or decisioning
* Strong SQL skills — essential for audience building and campaign analytics
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms)
* Ability to measure performance and deliver actionable insights
* Background in FMCG, retail, iGaming, or other high-volume consumer brands is advantageous
* Balance of analytical mindset with interest in campaign targeting and personalisation
