We have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic Pre-Assessment Nurses to work within our Pre–Assessment department at Rivers Hospital.

The Role
The successful Nurse will undertake pre-operative assessments of patients awaiting elective surgery across all specialties. The key focus is to ensure patients are physically and psychologically prepared for planned operative procedures, providing appropriate information and identifying potential discharge concerns.
What You’ll Bring
* NMC Registration
* Specialised post-surgery experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to act on own initiative without supervision
