* Department compliance – Ensure company policy is maintained within this section

* Effective use of and reporting against KPI systems
* Progress report writing and presentation of results
* Handling formal discipline processes – Handling appeals – Legal obligations – Etc
* Training and coaching staff – Assessing performance and effective skills development

* Involvement or previous experience within an automotive network
* Strong, proven working knowledge of modern Distribution techniques & demands
* Working level traffic desk management – Hands on experience
