Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Cobham
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (12 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £15 per hour (equivalent to £29,250 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week)

About the Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This varied role combines core accounting duties with administrative and customer support responsibilities. You will provide professional assistance to both the finance function and the wider business, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and generate invoices

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
*
Manage supplier payments and maintain supplier accounts
*
Support credit control and monitor outstanding payments
*
Oversee company vehicle administration, including MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing schedules
*
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries
*
Take inbound calls and respond to customer and supplier enquiries
*
Manage incoming emails and ensure timely responses
*
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Person Specification:
*
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role
*
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
Desirable:

Experience using Xero accounting software
*
Credit control experience
*
Knowledge of small business operations or office management
