Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton, collaborating with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split duties between clinically leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH).
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead service development of the school-based clinical service.
* Work with education teams to create an environment where pupils flourish with independence; uphold safeguarding culture and person-centred practice.
* Support EHCP planning and contribute to multidisciplinary work within the growing clinical service.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree qualification in a specific discipline
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS)
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Clear and concise clinical and research report writing
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and adapt in a growing, dynamic clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional collaboration within a designated specialty
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
