This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, or SEN support. You’ll work closely with children who have a variety of additional needs, learning from experienced educators while providing vital support to help pupils thrive academically and personally.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children with Autism (ASC), SEMH, and other learning needs in 1:1 and small group settings.
* Helping to deliver creative, engaging lessons adapted to individual needs.
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.
* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* A degree in any subject – social sciences, psychology, or education-related fields are advantageous.
* A strong interest in working with children and young people with SEN.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability in challenging situations.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
