Your new role
As a Weekend Supported Housing Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management to individuals with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs. Working across four dispersed units, you'll help clients maintain their tenancies and progress towards independent living. You'll collaborate closely with the weekday Support Worker to ensure continuity of care and support for an average caseload of four clients. This role will be based at the weekend and is part-time, 12 hours per week, £8,075 per year (full-time equivalent £25,235).
