You’re comfortable using marketing to generate inbound interest and you don’t wait to be told what to post or say. You’re happy in front of the camera as well as behind it. Talking through projects, capturing content, or appearing in short videos feels natural, not forced. You’re confident being visible and, when needed, being the face of the business.
You bring ideas, energy, and commercial awareness. You see opportunities and act on them. You’re organised, proactive, and you follow things through properly. People trust you because you do what you say you will, and you’re not afraid to take responsibility.
Your experience
You may be early in your career or already experienced, but you understand the full journey from interest to sale. You’ve dealt with enquiries, built relationships, quoted work, and converted conversations into confirmed projects.
You understand how marketing feeds sales. You can create simple, effective content that attracts enquiries and starts conversations. You’re comfortable planning, posting, and appearing in content, not just handing it off to someone else. When leads come in, you know how to qualify them, build value, and close.
Experience in vehicle wrapping, vehicle customisation, branding, or signage is highly advantageous. If you already understand this world, you’ll hit the ground running. If not, curiosity and strong commercial instinct matter just as much.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll take ownership of marketing activity with a clear goal: bringing consistent, relevant enquiries into the business. You’ll showcase recent projects, talk through work on camera, and build visibility that positions the business as the obvious choice.
As enquiries grow, you’ll manage them end to end. Handling inbound leads, quoting work, and building relationships with customers. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function, shaping how enquiries are handled and converted.
You’ll work closely with the MD on the commercial direction of the site and will be trusted to try ideas, test what works, and double down on what delivers results. This isn’t a script led or call heavy role. It’s about presence, credibility, and turning attention into real work.

This is a well established name in vehicle wrapping and customisation, known for quality, speed, and attention to detail. The work ranges from national fleet branding through to bespoke, high end custom projects.
The business operates from two sites, Leeds and a newer facility in Lancashire. It’s creative, fast moving, and gives space to people who take ownership and back themselves.
