Job Description: Digital Marketing and Stakeholder Management
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will liaise with the team and the Marketing and Communication department to ensure that the company's strategy and online goals are optimized and implemented.
You will support Sales Advisors in generating qualified leads and maximizing national marketing efforts, transforming sales and marketing data into actionable knowledge.
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include attracting site traffic, converting visitors into leads, and nurturing these leads to close as customers, with sales leadership support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
* Maintain marketing integration with CRM systems and assist in integrating additional platforms.
* Analyze campaign metrics and report performance to the marketing team.
* Define KPIs, create reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
* Continuously recommend improvements to marketing campaigns.
* Manage marketing efforts, research industry best practices, and implement strategies accordingly.
* Plan and execute A/B tests to enhance productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and sales growth.
* Support marketing operations in Marketo and Salesforce, managing lead lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
Training and Content Support:
* Collaborate with the team to expand current marketing initiatives into digital channels.
* Ensure content is tailored to the customer journey and delivered at the right time.
* Establish analytics with sales to understand inbound marketing conversion and refine processes.
* Manage a content calendar for blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and more, in collaboration with experts and influencers.
* Generate new leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content offers.
* Optimize marketing channels and nurture leads via email, content, and social media.
* Set content goals and guidelines for online channels, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
* Enhance customer experience through content and process improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
* Network with influencers and external experts.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in digital marketing roles.
* Ability to create and analyze digital content across social media and online platforms.
* Interest or experience in the Agricultural, Farming, or Dairy sectors.
* Proficiency in META and Google Analytics.
* Valid UK driver's license.
