Our client, a materials and aggregates provider is seeking a dedicated General Operative / Counter Balance FLT Operator to join there team on a contract basis, able to offer ongoing work, as manufacturing operations ramp up over the summer period. Permanent work may also be available at the end of the contract (Temp to Perm).
In this role you will working in different areas of the manufacturing plant, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment, moving raw materials, mixing and producing new materials, as well as dispatching storing finished products.
Applicable candidates will have experience in a similar environment as well as a manual handling certificate.
Candidates with a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence are also highly preferred as there will be requirement to operate a fork lift truck as and when required, to move and store larger quantities of material.
