The Opportunity
You will play a key role in developing and growing the Property Disputes practice in London, working closely with senior leadership and the wider Real Estate group. This is a strategic hire with genuine scope to shape the direction of the practice.
The firm is open to both salaried and equity partners and offers a supportive, well-resourced platform to scale your practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on a broad range of property dispute matters
* Act as a senior advisor on complex, high-value cases
* Develop and grow your client base, with support from the wider firm
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
* Contribute to and execute business development strategies
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
* Collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Disputes teams
* Drive thought leadership and raise market profile
Candidate Profile
* Established experience in Commercial or Residential property disputes
* Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
* Existing client following and/or a credible business plan
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* Leadership experience or clear potential to step into a leadership role
* A collaborative mindset aligned with a modern, growth-focused firm
