Offer description

Being a Claims Analyst has different meanings depending on the type of insurance business.

You can either present your findings to a manager who then shares up the chain.

Or you present them to the CEO directly.

You can either spot a trend, need to make a change and then it takes place 6 months down the line.

Or, you can spot a trend and see the changes happen within 24 hours.

Yes, working for a bigger corporate or a ‘hierarchy heavy’ business sometimes has it’s advantages…………

However, when you’re working to help influence decisions, providing the data to back it up, it’s nice to know something will be done about it.

And quickly, you know first hand how fast things can change within claims.

In this case, Household Claims.

But don’t panic, you don’t have to come directly from home insurance, you just need a really good understanding of Claims Analysis.

Whether that’s 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or up. Your motivation for applying for this role is purely based on craving that true Agile and fast paced working.

Where your input matters and you have free rein.

And that’s exactly what the business encourages within this role.

There’s nothing more satisfying than spotting a trend in claims data.

And being able to run free with it.

Slice it up how you want. Present it how you like, as long as it’s readable across the business operation.

In an organisation that promote autonomy, self-sufficiency and team collaboration they still work remotely 95% of the time.

That once a month trip to either Sheffield or Surrey helps to keep that team work ethic and culture alive.

Your new employer have both an outsourced claims function and also in-house technical claims team. They receive a LOT of data and although they currently have a team of Developers, they need a Claims Analyst like you to provide the insight from a claims perspective.

And who knows, if you’d like to reach that ‘Head of’ position at some point, that could be on the cards too.

So, what do you do next?

Send me a message, whatever CV you have or give me a call on 07825550509.

Everyone will get a response within 7 days.

Salary: Up to £60,000pa

Benefits: Bonus up to 20% paid annually, Remote Working with travel once a month to either Sheffield or Surrey, 25 days holiday + additional 5 days & more!
