A long‑established and well‑respected Southport law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. Just as important as PQE is a genuine commitment to private client work and delivering a first‑class service to both new and longstanding clients.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:
• Drafting Wills and Trusts
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Tax planning and asset protection
The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client work (more experienced candidates also welcome)
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate and related matters
• STEP membership or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
