Job Summary
Hibaldstow Medical Practice is a friendly and supportive rural dispensing practice located in the Lincolnshire village of Hibaldstow, serving a close-knit rural community across the surrounding villages.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our well‑established team for 4/5 sessions per week.
Situated within easy commuting distance of Scunthorpe, Lincoln, and Doncaster, this is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking the benefits of rural general practice whilst remaining well connected to surrounding towns and cities.

Main Duties of the Role
* Undertake routine GP consultations and clinical sessions.
* Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
* Manage a varied clinical caseload within a rural general practice setting.
* Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne.
* Support continuity of care and collaborative team working.
* Participate in practice meetings and clinical discussions where appropriate.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of practice services.
* Support the values and learning environment of a University Teaching Practice.

Person Specification
Essential:
* Experience of working within a General Practice setting.
* Experience managing a varied clinical caseload independently.
* Experience delivering high‑quality patient‑centred care.
* Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
* Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration and licence to practice.
* Included on the NHS England Performers List.
* MRCGP qualification (or equivalent).
Desirable:
* Experience using SystmOne clinical system.
* Experience working within a rural or dispensing practice.
* Experience within a teaching or training practice environment.
* Experience contributing to service development or quality improvement initiatives.
* Interest or experience in teaching/training within a University Teaching Practice environment.
