Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide and support local teams in budget planning, forecasting, and ensuring financial compliance.
2. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of projects and social enterprises.
3. Prepare funding packages and evaluate the viability of new programs.
4. Provide training and financial advice to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience with Excel and accounting systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
* Willingness to travel across the region.
