Main Role
To meet or exceed sales targets and activity by bringing in new business deals extensively through telephone and email communication; with client visits as required. Increasing business by the promotion and development of new business streams and selling our services; advising customers on the most suitable payroll solutions that meet theirs, and the needs of their operatives, whilst upselling and cross-selling the group’s products and services, as appropriate. Main Responsibilities
* Drive and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
* Generate new business leads by making outbound calls to new and prospective clients, proactively researching leads, promptly following up enquiries, using own contacts and network.
* Making at least 50 outbound calls per day, in order to speak with at least 15 decision makers.
* Proactively identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
* Meet qualified new prospects face to face, where appropriate.
* Accurately record all activity on Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintenance of all important Company documents and records, kept secure and up to date, using approved database.
