Job Title: 1:1 support worker Location: Sevenoaks Start date: Flexible Pay: £90 per day Job Summary: At term time teachers, we are seeking a learning support Assistant to support pupils on a 1:1 basis within one our amazing schools in Sevenoaks. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support, enabling SEN students to access the curriculum and develop their skills in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Support individual students with additional needs. Provide one to one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. Adapt resources and activities to meet the needs of individual students. Encourage positive behaviour and support social integration within the school community. Attend relevant training and meetings related to SEN and professional development. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You must hold a DBS (or be willing to apply for one) You must have the right to work in the UK.
