Job Title: Sales Support Supervisor Location: South Birmingham Hours: 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4.30 Friday Hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation Were currently working with our client based in South Birmingham, who are looking for an experienced Sales Support Supervisor to join their busy sales team. You will play a key role in keeping the sales function running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a team, improving processes, and being the go-to person for problem solving. Youll work closely with senior management while also having the opportunity to make a real impact day to day. Key Responsibilities - Support the day-to-day running of the Sales Support team - Motivate, guide, and coach team members to achieve their best - Plan team coverage and manage workloads effectively - Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and customer queries - Manage and allocate enquiries from shared inboxes and online platforms - Work closely with sales teams to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently - Support internal systems, including updates and product setup - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Deliver training and onboarding for new starters - Assist with recruitment and team development - Provide cover across the team when required About You - Experience in Sales Support, Customer Operations, or a similar coordination role - Previous experience supporting or supervising a team - Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Comfortable using systems such as SAP, CRM, or similar What Youll Bring - A positive, hands-on approach to leadership - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment - A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement For more information, please send your CV in or apply online for this role.
