About the Role
As an Architect with Matthew Montague Architects, you'll be instrumental in leading and supporting projects through all RIBA stages. You'll collaborate with a motivated team, contributing your creative ideas and technical expertise to a range of secured schemes, from bespoke homes and educational facilities to commercial developments.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a passionate and skilled architect who possesses:
* RIBA Part 3 qualification with 5 years UK post-Part III experience.
* Confident working across all RIBA stages.
* Experience in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
* Proficiency in Computer Aided Design software, ideally including: AutoCAD/Revit – Revit experience is preferred but not essential. SketchUp Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Rendering packages (e.g. Lumion) A genuine passion for design and architecture.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively to budgets and deadlines.
* A full UK Driving Licence.
