About the Role
Join TNW Energy as a Solar Sales Closer and earn serious money closing residential and commercial solar installations. You'll be working warm, pre-qualified leads with a simple commission structure: 10% of every sale you close.
What You'll Earn
* 10% commission on first month's cash collected
* £3,000 - £10,000+ per month in commissions
* Close multi 5-6 figures worth of solar deals monthly
* Uncapped earning potential based on performance
What You'll Do
* Self-set, self-close solar appointments
* Close both residential and commercial solar sales
* Manage 20 discovery meetings per week
* Handle 80+ qualified appointments per month
* Own your pipeline from discovery to close

Requirements
* Proven sales closing experience
