The Role: Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Head Housekeeper to support our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you'll supervise and assist with planning the work of our housekeeping team, making sure that tasks are completed to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for helping schedule shifts, inspecting the team’s work, and ensuring we’re always stocked up on supplies. You’ll support with lost and found items, reporting any maintenance or repair needs, and assisting with coordinating deep cleaning activities to keep the hotel pristine. You’ll collaborate with other departments for special events and regularly inspect facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a supportive and dynamic environment - contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.
