Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
* Preparing and delivering insightful investor reporting and board packs.
* Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Analysing performance across business units, acquisitions and growth initiatives.
* Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive commercial outcomes.
* Supporting M&A activity with financial analysis and integration planning where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone proactive, analytical and commercially astute, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills & experience:
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent, with relevant FP&A experience.
* Previous exposure to investor reporting, management reporting or similar.
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
* Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
* Comfortable operating in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
