THE ALLSAINTS TEAM
At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, wed love to talk to you.
Were a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.
We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Art Director, you will support the visual execution of the AllSaints brand identity across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for a junior creative who is as comfortable refining typography for an internal brand deck as they are assisting on the floor of a high-pressure campaign or ecommerce shoot.
As one of two Junior Art Directors, you are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the brand throughout the production pipeline. You will work across a broad spectrum of projects, from global seasonal campaigns and digital lookbooks to internal brand initiatives and on-set shoots. You’ll be expected to bridge the gap between initial concept and final output, ensuring the "AllSaints DNA" is present in every frame and layout.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Creative Support & Execution
* Brand Consistency: Assist the Art Director in implementing the Brand Book across digital assets, ensuring typography, palettes, and tone remain cohesive
* Mood Boarding: Conduct visual research and help build mood boards for seasonal developments, lighting tests, and social media content
* Asset Preparation: Support the creation of storyboards and style guides to be used by the wider studio team
Studio & Production
* On-Set Assistance: Support the Art Director during shoots, helping to direct movement, monitor lighting consistency, and ensure styling aligns with the brand vision
* Image Selection: Assist in the daily edit of ecommerce imagery, selecting the best frames for retouching and ensuring a high standard of quality control
* Retouching Coordination: Provide initial feedback to the retouching team based on established guidelines and help track the progress of assets from capture to upload
* Editorial Ownership: Take the lead on smaller-scale creative projects, including social-first content and non-apparel shoots, managing the process from initial storyboard to final delivery
Collaboration & Workflow
* Team Synergy: Work closely with the Studio Manager and photographers to ensure the daily shoot schedule is met without compromising on the "look and feel."
* Cross-Functional Communication: Support the Art Director in preparing presentations for key stakeholders, ensuring all visual materials are polished and professional
* Project Tracking: Help manage creative timelines and assets, ensuring that projects move through the pipeline efficiently and at pace
Post-Production & Integration
* Asset Management: Ensure all creative projects are organized and delivered to the highest standard, maintaining pace within a fast-moving production schedule
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
* Emerging Creative Talent: You have a degree in a creative field and experience in a fast-paced fashion studio or agency environment
* Technical Proficiency: You are highly hands-on and proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Visual Eye: A strong understanding of photography, lighting, and fashion trends. You have an instinctive feel for the AllSaints aesthetic—moody, cool, and effortless
* Agility: You thrive in a high-volume environment and can pivot quickly when briefs change or deadlines tighten
* Detail Oriented: You are obsessive about the "little things", from the crop of an image to the specific shade of a color palette.
* Team Player: You are a positive, motivated collaborator who is eager to learn from senior leadership and support the wider creative team
* Communication: Clear, concise communication skills and the confidence to share ideas within the creative department
