Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oban for a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overall hotel operations including managing daily business activities, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. Key duties include staff management, ensuring top-notch customer service, overseeing food and beverage services, maintaining high operational standards, and budget oversight. The General Manager will play a critical role in setting the strategy for the property and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in General Management and Business Management, with the ability to lead teams effectively and achieve operational goals.
* Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
* Experience in Budgeting and financial management, including monitoring budgets and optimizing performance.
* Strong Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and customer experience.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with the hospitality industry, and experience working in hotel environments is highly desirable.
* A degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required if supported by relevant experience.
