Project Manager Location: Manchester Project Value: £30m The Opportunity We are currently working with a NW Contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £30 million, 12-storey residential apartment scheme in Manchester. This is a high-profile urban development requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proven experience in multi-storey residential construction. The successful candidate will play a key role from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
