The Key Account Manager role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success as the business continues an exciting growth plan. This pivotal role supports the engagement and development of customer accounts within the defined customer portfolio and is key to strengthening our market presence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee, manage, and develop a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Manage the growth and development of key accounts in line with business growth goals
* Support and achieve delivery of sales growth targets for all FTH products and services
* Research, develop, and deliver customer account proposals and agreements
* Collaborate with local, regional and internal marketing teams to maximise business opportunities
* Act as a brand ambassador across industry marketing and promotional opportunities
* Provide regional teams and the overall business with market intelligence and insights
* Maximise customer awareness and trading performance via internal customer management platform
* Provide point‑of‑contact resource to maximise the end‑to‑end customer experience
* Undertake and generate sales performance reports for local management
* Obtain and manage hire enquiries and orders when required
Qualifications
* Capable of developing strong client relationships
* Proven experience selling products & services to end users
* Strong presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
* Confidence to work on own initiative within
* Effective organisational and communication skills
