RELOCATE TO THE USA

Head of Business Development for Contract Recruitment

Hybrid in Los Angeles or Remote in the USA.

Open to US citizens and US based British E2 transfers and relocators.

A base salary up to $125k + up to 35% commission.

Opportunity for equity sharing in the business.


The business.

This renewable energy recruitment specialist has been going from strength to strength for the last 8 years that currently has circa 20 employees and are based out of LA. Here is what some of the employees have to say about working for them:

The role.

The company currently has a perm/direct hire focus. To grow the business, they’re now seeking a contract recruitment expert to come in and take advantage of their current relationships to build and spearhead the building of a contract division from scratch. This role will be heavily focussed on new business development in the construction, supply chain, civil engineering, and renewable energy sectors across the USA.


This role can be one of 2 things:

* A wholly individual contributor role where you go out and win new business and hand off to your specialist team of contract recruiters.
* Or it could be the above as well as building a new office and team around you in a new location. Preference for locations are Texas, California, Florida, and Arizona. However, the owner founders are open to other locations also.


Requirements/Qualifications.

* Contract Recruitment Expertise: A deep understanding of contract recruitment strategies and best practices.
* Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with an entrepreneurial flair.
* Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a team to meet and exceed targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Successful history of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
* Industry Experience: The successful candidate needs to have at least 2 years full desk or new business development focused recruitment experience in one of the following (but not limited to) industries: Renewable energy, construction, civil engineering, life sciences, heavy industrial chemicals and similar, interim c-suite executive search, or technology.
* Success indicator: To be considered they would like your last years annual gross profit billings to be more than $400k.
