Job Description
Working within a small team of Service Coordinators, you will handle service requests from internal and external customers, providing efficient and effective service. Your responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and prioritising service and maintenance calls across the UK, and coordinating Service Technicians to execute these calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Raise service calls using our scheduling software and communicate repair pathways.
2. Triageservice requests to gather relevant information for first-time fix support.
3. Develop understanding of our equipment (training provided) and assist customers in diagnosing faults remotely.
4. Dispatch service calls to Field Service Technicians via scheduling software.
5. Update customers on service progress and any changes.
6. Review daily calls and highlight key learning points.
7. Report issues daily to the Field Service Manager.
8. Follow internal processes to maintain high service standards.
Job Requirements

Additional Details
Salary: £28,000 per annum + quarterly or annual bonus
Hours: 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
