Role overview
As Store Manager you will lead the team, drive sales, manage operations, and create a great customer experience. You will be passionate about engaging with our customers, maximise the business by acting swiftly, and consistently search for new ideas. You will lead from the front, ensure all colleagues deliver outstanding service, and encourage community engagement to deliver top results.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a high‑performing team.
* Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
* Maintain store presentation and product quality.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Collaborate with the local community to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager).
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* Capable of working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
