Building Services Manager (MEP) Location: Exeter, Devon Employment Type: Permanent / Project Based Salary up to £85,000 & Senior package We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee all MEP packages on a major construction project based in Exeter. This role will take full responsibility for the coordination, management and delivery of the building services packages across a large student accommodation development, including both refurbishment and new build elements. The successful candidate will manage complex MEP interfaces, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the successful delivery of services packages from point of transfer through to practical completion.
