Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Business Development Co-ordinator to join their team. This permanent, full-time position is based on-site and it offers a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to critical projects within the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of proposals and tenders
* Conducting market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
* Maintaining and updating customer databases and tracking potential leads
* Coordinating meetings and communication with clients and stakeholders
* Providing administrative support to the business development team
* Assisting in developing strategies for expanding market presence
Job Requirements:
* Experience in business development, preferably within the defence or aerospace sector
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
* Full UK nationality with the ability to obtain full security clearance (SC)
* Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
