THE COMPANY A respected and well-established legal firm with offices in Stafford and Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding team. THE ROLE This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse and high-quality caseload within Commercial Property. The successful candidate can be based at either the Stafford or Shrewsbury office, with responsibilities spanning both locations. You will manage the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, estate management, investment-related transactions, and corporate support. You’ll also be instrumental in maintaining and developing the firm’s well-established client relationships across the region. This role sits within a collaborative and forward-thinking Commercial Property team, and the firm is seeking someone who will contribute positively to the team dynamic and uphold its high standards of client service. REQUIREMENTS • A strong background in Commercial Conveyancing and a comprehensive understanding of property law. • Ability to work across both offices, with flexibility to travel between locations as required. • Ambitious and commercially minded, with a long-term vision to grow within the firm—potential for future ownership for the right candidate. • Strong ties to Staffordshire or Shropshire preferred. • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about developing a career in Commercial Property law.
