This role involves refurbishing Modular Units and Porta Cabins within a fast-paced, forward-thinking modular/offsite environment. The main duties will be: * Partitioning Sectioning Modular Units * Using various joinery tools * Reading joinery construction drawings * Erecting stud timber walls * Marking up timber walls * Stripping and replacing floors 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties * Plaster Boarding Window and Door fitting * Reading and working from joinery construction drawin Qualifications/and or Experience * Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience within the modular sector * Ideally NVQ level 2 or 3 in Joinery and Carpentry * Strong Attention to Detail * The ability to work under pressure * Can work as part of a team. * Can work if needed alone and unsupervised * Ideally Modular Construction Exp...
