What will your responsibilities be?
As a Children’s Social Worker – Non-Case Holding Mentor in Rhondda Cynon Taff, you will be responsible for providing mentorship and support to social workers within the children’s social care service. This role involves guiding and advising social workers on best practices, helping them navigate complex cases, and ensuring they adhere to policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in professional development, offering training and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. This position does not involve holding a caseload, allowing you to focus entirely on mentoring and supporting your colleagues.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
