Interim Opportunity | 6 month rolling contract | £350-£400 Per Day | Children's Residential Ofsted Registered Manager - Negotiable Day Rate Leaders in Care are working with a highly regarded care provider to appoint an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for a 2-4 child residential home in South London, supporting young people in an EBD setting. This is a rare interim opportunity in the service to lead a highly focused, therapeutic service – providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child is given the time and attention to truly develop and thrive. Responsibilities: The successful applicant will lead, manage and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for – helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their daily lives. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this small, specialist home, supporting two children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You’ll lead a dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. You’ll also play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of the service, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
