The HR Business Partner will provide hands-on, operational guidance across all HR matters while also contributing to strategic initiatives with the senior leadership team. This role will be based near Dorking, full time in the office.

Description
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day matters
Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
Lead or support HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements
Support recruitment and selection processes, including senior and operational roles
Coach and develop managers on people management skills
Ensure HR processes and systems are compliant and efficientProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
CIPD level 5 or 7
Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and talent management
Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Able to balance operational delivery with contributing to strategic initiatives
Hands-on, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for supporting people and business successJob Offer
