Job Title: Forklift Driver Location: Colchester, Essex Type: Temporary - Ongoing Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing and production company in Colchester. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates with an in-date Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence. The role will involve general warehouse duties alongside forklift operation. Key Responsibilities: Moving stock from production to warehouse areas Loading and unloading vehicles Picking and packing orders Stock counting and inventory control General housekeeping and upkeep of the warehouse Using the warehouse computer system for stock management Ideal Candidate: Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence Previous warehouse or stores experience Confident operating a forklift in a busy warehouse Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Good basic literacy and numeracy skills Pay & Working Hours: Pay: £12.86 - £13.12 per hour Counterbalance licence: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 (hours can vary) Reach Truck licence: Monday - Friday, 07:15 - 16:15 (hours can vary) If you're interested in this Forklift Driver role, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
