Overview:
Join our team as a Delivery Driver, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food to our customers. We are seeking a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and excellent driving skills to join our dynamic team.
The position is self employed Drivers are paid a fuel float each night and paid for each delivery
Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently drive to transport food to local customers
* ensure all items are delivered in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record. Are responsible for their own insurance
* own a reliable well maintained vehicle
* be well presented and clean at all times
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role Is preferred but not required
* Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and routes.
* Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Capable of handling physical demands including heavy lifting.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
