This opportunity would suit somebody passionate about improving the learner journey through supportive quality assurance, coaching, and developmental practice rather than a purely compliance-led approach.
The organisation is seeking a Quality & Support Coach to work closely with tutors and delivery teams, helping strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, learner experience, and consistency across apprenticeship and adult learning provision.
Key Responsibilities
* Sample learner portfolios to ensure assessment quality and consistency
* Provide developmental feedback and coaching to tutors
* Observe teaching, learning, and assessment activity
* Support standardisation and CPD activity
* Conduct tutor 1:1 discussions linked to quality improvement
* Identify trends and improvement opportunities across deliveryQuality assure Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
* Promote safeguarding, Prevent, and learner wellbeing throughout delivery
Qualifications
* Teaching Qualification Level 4 or above
* Experience within apprenticeships and/or funded adult education
* Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality processes
* Strong coaching and relationship-building approach
* Experience supporting tutor development and CPD activity
