Job Summary
Are you passionate about serving high-net-worth clients and providing exceptional, personalized service? We invite you to join our global team as a Global Lifestyle Manager, managing member relationships overnight to ensure high engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Duties
* Handle incoming lifestyle and leisure requests from members, following set guidelines.
* Research and arrange travel, restaurant, club bookings, and more.
* Maintain professional communication standards, including phone greetings and courtesy.
* Provide high-quality suggestions that exceed member expectations.
* Engage in extensive phone and email correspondence.
* Use CRM systems to log, update, and manage member requests and information.
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm (including 1-hour unpaid break)
Requirements
* Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
* Experience in Personal Assistance, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle, or Luxury Travel & Leisure sectors.
* Understanding of high-net-worth individual lifestyle management.
* Knowledge of global travel destinations and luxury services/products.
* Warm, friendly, confident, courteous, and proactive demeanor.
* Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively under pressure.
