Job Description
We are opening a new Mediterranean restaurant in Stafford, TX and are hiring for two key positions:
1. Mediterranean Chef to lead all kitchen operations
2. Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house, staff, and daily operations
Mediterranean Chef Responsibilities
* Create and prepare authentic Mediterranean dishes (grills, seafood, mezze, sauces, etc.)
* Develop menus and maintain consistent quality
* Train and supervise kitchen staff
* Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness
* Ensure food safety and compliance
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff
* Handle scheduling, ordering, and supplier coordination
* Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
* Work closely with the chef and owner to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* Prior experience in Mediterranean cuisine or restaurant management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Passion for hospitality and teamwork
