THE ROLE This company is looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to lead the creation and optimisation of multi-channel lifecycle journeys in Braze. You’ll build and manage email, push, and in-app campaigns using custom events, segmentation, Liquid logic, and APIs. Responsibilities include maintaining modular content blocks, managing integrations, and tracking performance metrics like engagement and conversions.
