Are you a successful account manager dealing with independent retailers with a flair for winning new clients?
This client is one of the most successful privately owned FMCG companies, selling directly to independent retailers. Although they are still privately owned, they are operating internationally with a turnover of £85M and consistent year-on-year growth over the last 5 years. They now have ambitious plans to expand their team.
Ideally, you will have experience selling to independent retail. However, they are specifically looking for strong personal characteristics such as a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and resilience. There is a good baseline of accounts to manage in this area, but they specifically want an account manager with a hunter mentality to seek out and open new accounts.
