Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
7. Manage and review financial reconciliations and reports.
8. Collaborate with other departments to monitor financial performance.
9. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
10. Identify opportunities for financial process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional qualifications in ACA.
12. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
14. Experience in the retail industry or a similar sector.
15. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
