Join our HR & OD team as an HR Services Data Assistant and help shape the future of our workforce support. About The Role As an HR Services Data Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of monthly HR processes, including input into Business World. You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR queries, supporting colleagues across the organisation with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Input monthly HR data into Business World under the guidance of the HR Services Team Leader Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Support HR projects and participate in system testing Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies Collaborate with teams such as payroll, pensions, and workforce data Essential What We’re Looking For: Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in customer service and working with systems Understanding of payroll and pension processes Desirable Working towards a CIPD qualification Knowledge of HR administration and its impact across teams What You’ll Bring A proactive, detail-oriented approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to continuous improvement and personal development The ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines Why Join Us You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive HR Business Services team, contributing to meaningful work that supports the entire organisation.
