The Vacancy
Binnies, an RSK Group company, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our @one Alliance team.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for designated projects.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support commercial decisions.
* Ensure project team members understand contractual arrangements.
* Collaborate with the Delivery Team to monitor efficiency plans.
* Maintain proper records for audits and cost assurance.
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in cost management is required. A degree in engineering, management, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong customer service, leadership, and construction safety knowledge are essential.
