* Assessment and Feedback: Mark and assess student work accurately and promptly, providing high:quality, actionable feedback that drives improvement.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a purposeful and positive learning environment, upholding high standards of behaviour and respect.
* Student Support: Track student progress, identify learning barriers, and implement targeted interventions (e.g., literacy support) to help all students achieve their potential.
* Collaboration: Attend departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and work closely with colleagues and parents.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
