Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Retired Living Administrator to work on a temporary basis at a Supported Living scheme in the Stoke-on-Trent area on a part-time basis.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resident services, coordinating staff schedules, ensuringpliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a weing and supportive environment for residents. Duties include handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, responding to resident enquiries, liaising with families, and supporting event planning andmunity engagement activities. Strongmunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar position in addition to strong written andmunication skills, as well as beingpetent with IT software.
