Description As an Analyst in our Regulatory Consulting team, you will work on and support various client projects; including, but not limited to, regulatory commissioned reviews, helping to design and develop frameworks, risk mitigation and remediation project etc. You will also work closely with the UK and other RC offices (such as Paris and Dubai), and exposure to regulations in these jurisdictions is also part of our work. RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Analyst you will: · Assist with a variety of assignments related to global regulatory focus, our growth strategy, and personal career development. · Support in analyzing organizations, their processes, controls, and governance arrangements to identify potential issues. · Help prepare recommendations for management, regulators, and other stakeholders, based on regulatory expectations and industry best practices. · Conduct basic research and assist in drafting advice on regulations across Jersey, the UK, and other jurisdictions. · Assist in drafting client deliverables, including written reports, ad hoc advice, and training materials. · Participate in client meetings, including preparation and delivery of presentations or fact-finding interviews. · Support the management of day-to-day client relationships and project management activities. Assist with business development opportunities, including proposals, pitches, internal and external publications, client networking events, and service offering campaigns. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: · Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent), ideally in a related degree such as economics, business studies, law etc. · We are looking for someone who is passionate, focused, intellectually flexible, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
