We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant based in our Banbridge Head Office. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director
Diary Management - scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.
Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and follow up on deliverables.
Act as a liaison between senior management, department heads, clients, and external stakeholders.
Oversee confidential correspondence, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate and manage strategic projects, supporting business objectives.
Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Experience & Knowledge
3 rd Level Business related qualification (or equivalent) and A Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Proven experience in complex diary management and high-level administrative support.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Other Information
Travel to UK will be required occasionally
